1. You gain immediate access to our in-depth training platform that takes you by the hand and leads you with confidence through each module. It starts with basic foundation and then builds your knowledge in layers. In each of the modules you will find quizzes to test your knowledge along the way so that you can remain confident in your progress. You’ll also be introduced to useful time saving tools, and all of the documents templates that you will need to begin serving clients.
2. You’re also personally welcomed into Social Media Pro Connect (our private Facebook Group) by our Community Manager. This group is where our students and instructors connect and share. All question in the group are answered. You will find that many of our students have been with us for many years, so in addition to feedback from our instructors you will also be supported by other students.
3. You’re invited to our live weekly trainings. In addition to our primary instructors, more than 90 subject matter experts contribute content to our community. We regularly hold live Q&A sessions for our students, and even perform mini audits of real client accounts.
A very common question is… How long will it take to complete the training?
The course content is self-paced. While it is possible to complete the training in less than a month, many of our students complete the training in 6-8 weeks in their spare time. The training system tracks your progress so that it is easy to pick up right where you left off.

This is why a portion of our community chooses to become a digital nomad working remotely from any location with an internet connection. There are some online-software productivity tools that will make your life easier, but even these are optional.
Years ago we offered a stand-along course and charged a one-time fee. We quickly discovered that the biggest factor for student success was community. The training course is just a small portion of the value that we offer. It is empowering to know that you are creating a freelance business of your own but you are not alone. Our students use our community as their team. imagine that a potential client asks you a question and you don't know the answer. You can simply tell them... "That's a great question. Let me speak with my team and I will get back with you." Then you bring your question to our Connect group where instructors and other community members can share their thoughts and ideas with you about how to best serve your client. So while it is possible to complete the training and cancel your membership after only one month, we have students that have remained with us for the full 11 years as a member because of the community.
We understand that learning a new set of skills requires time and attention. While some students have plenty of time to dive right in and give their full attention to the training, others are squeezing in an hour here and there between their current job, their family, and other life demands. The training was designed to be time-flexible. When you enter the training area it is easy to understand right where you last left off. You can even chose to have the system send you progress notifications to help keep uyou focused and on track.
The certification program requires additional staff resources and a 3rd party credential verification system. For this reason we charge a modest $79 fee for the exam and certification. If you do not pass the exam there is no additional fee to retake the exam as many times as you need. Upon successful completion of the exam you can proudly display your certification badge on your website, in your email, and on your social properties.
